James Hamlin, Principal
Mr. Hamlin has in excess of 30 years experience in real estate development, banking, and construction. His unique professional background includes serving as V.P. of Commercial Lending for a large Midwestern Bank as well a Acquisitions and Operations Director for a Publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust specializing in shopping centers and regional malls.
From 1988 to 2007, Mr. Hamlin served as President of a regional Real Estate Development Company as well as President of a Construction firm. Responsibilities included the firm's daily management, site selection, pre-development activities, zoning, construction matters and financing. This firm developed over $71,000,000 in combined multi-family and senior apartment construction throughout the Midwest.
